老君庙玉石矿开发总体计划投资3.6亿元，截至目前，实际投入2.40亿元。用于矿山道路及基础设施建设投入、开展地质勘查工作投入和在建祁丰藏族乡玉石雕刻及蛇纹岩板材加工、产品销售、产品展览观赏为一体的祁连玉文化博览园，在酒泉建成1处玉石及相关产业物流中心。
